If you purchased a training or exam directly from ServSafe or another third-party company, please refer directly to that company for assistance.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:

We get it, sometimes life happens and you can’t make it to your booking. Our cancellation/rescheduling policy helps us maintain strong relationships with our clients, but to also be fair to our Food Safety Partners who travel from far away to bring you the best training/exam experience. So we encourage you to reschedule your booking in advance when you’re able to. 

Late Cancel/Reschedule: All bookings can be rescheduled up to 72 hours before start time at no charge. We will issue a credit for a future booking in the amount of the original booking. If a cancellation/reschedule takes place within 72 hours of the start time, a late cancellation/reschedule fee of $75 will be charged. We will issue a credit for the original booking amount minus penalty fees as described, which can be applied to your future booking. 

Missed Booking: If you miss a booking without canceling/rescheduling, you will be charged a $119 fee. We will issue a credit for the original booking amount minus penalty fees as described, which can be applied to your future booking.

Refunds: There are no refunds as non-refundable instruction access, prep course access, exam access codes, and other material is automatically ordered at the time of booking. Credits are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
